Babington Business College has something to celebrate
after recently securing a Government Training contract to
deliver Higher Apprenticeships in partnership with WorkPays.
We have been established for over 35 years and pride ourself on
our proven track record and our ability to deliver successful,
specialised, relevant training programmes that make a real difference to the both learners and employers. It is no doubt these values and integrity that helped secure this prestigious contract and is something that Managing Director Carole Carson feels extremely passionately about, she commented, "Apprenticeships not only provide employees with new skills, increased confidence and commitment but also provide their employers with workers who become more motivated and loyal". She continued, "Investing in your workforce is even more important in difficult ecomonic times and is exactly why companies who do invest continue to succeed".
The contract is to deliver Higher Level Apprenticeships in Employment Related Services training The National Apprenticeship Service will work with Babington Business College to oversee the development of the Higher Apprenticeship Framework.
Carole Carson continued, “We are delighted to have secured this contract as it helps Babington to continue with the tradition of innovative, forward-thinking training delivered through Higher Apprenticeships".
