Carole joined the Babington Board of Directors
as Chief Operating Officer at a time when the
company continues to expand and provide
world-class training in a versatile learning
environment. In October 2011, Carole was
appointed by the Board as Managing Director
of Babington to lead the business into their
next phase of growth.

Background
Carole has over 20 years senior management experience in, private, public and the third sector, encompassing a wide range of operational management, business improvement and consultancy roles before joining the Training Provider world in 2003 working at Director level, linking with the Adult Learning Inspectorate as an ALI Champion and working with OfSTED to improve performance and business growth across these organisations.
